1. Return period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@breeandkate.de – we'll be happy to assist you.

How to return  :

Initiate a return: If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@breeandkate.de
. Use our convenient contact form or send us an email directly to begin the process.

Return costs  :

* You must return the item to our warehouse, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees, including taxes. Contact the returns team: info@breeandkate.de

* If you received the wrong item, you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.

* You must provide us with photos or video evidence of the item received to submit a return request.

Follow the return steps and packaging instructions  :

1. Please make sure you are not using the item once you have decided to return it to us.

2. Please pack it in the original packaging as we sent it to you.

3. Only use Track & Trace-enabled carriers for shipping

4. Make sure the packaging bag is dry and in good condition for transportation.

If possible, please return our goods in their original packaging.

5. Once you return the item to us, please send us an email to info@breeandkate.de
and provide us with the tracking number and the name of the shipping company.

Exchange  :

We're happy to help you with an exchange or replacement. If you'd like one, simply contact us—our team will guide you through the process.
